Report: Clinical Manager Report
Description: This report displays a list of workers at your site and their clients. It includes the client’s case name and case id, the client’s name, the date the case was created, and the service file open date.

Description: This report lists all service files/clients according to Primary Worker. It includes information about service file id, the service and the client, the open date of the service file, and the client’s date of birth.

Description: This report allows you to report on various answers in the biannual documentations for clients. You may report on all biannual documentation collated together (6, 12, 18, etc. month), or on certain periods (ex. 6 month).
